I think that Wally is the Flash.

Wally is the Flash in Invasion…but Barry isn’t dead.

He and Iris returned to her native time, and in a few episodes, a wild-haired youth in a red and white costume with enormous feet will show up, claiming to have run away from the boring old future to visit his cousin in the past.

The episode will be called Impulsive.

And we will all explode in giant showers of feelings.
